The Nürburgring Grand-Prix-Strecke opened in 1984 and was stretched to its current 5.148 km in the 2002 Mercedes-Arena revamp, tucked inside the loop of the legendary 20.832 km Nordschleife. It hosted the European and German Formula 1 Grands Prix on and off from 1984 to 2013 and shares its pit and start-finish complex with the Nordschleife.
In Real Life
The famous Nürburgring 24 Hours on the Nordschleife is run by ADAC, not Creventic. The real 24H Series only reached the circuit in July 2026, with a standalone Michelin 12H on the Grand Prix layout — its first race here.
